The air conditioning in my class high floor city view room was not working correctly. the mini fridge also did not work until it was repaired. restaurant staff were rude. They asked me to leave because i was working there, even though i planned to order food.

breakfast offered many healthy choices. i especially enjoyed the palak lauki juice and beetroot mint juice. the buffet dinner was very good. the rooms were modern and a good size, i found the hotel very clean. views from the hotel were very good. the staff was polite and helpful, and meena took great care of us during breakfast and dinner. live music was a nice touch.

the restaurant service was a bit slow, especially when ordering tea and coffee. it sometimes took more than 20 minutes.
